SPEED SPEED SPEED!!! Dynamic Performance gives you the tools to become faster. Our program is built to increases your speed and agility tremendously. Speed and Agility are important qualities for any athlete to have. Here we instill great fundamentals to help provide you with the tools you need to become a speed demon.
DPT STRENGTH
STRENGTH POWER & EXPLOSIVENESS!!! Here at Dynamic Performance we teach our athletes the proper way to
increase there strength. We constantly preach to our clients that strength comes from your mind first and your
body second. The Dynamic way is to always BRING IT every chance you have an opportunity. Our strength program instills this attitude in our athletes by pushing them to reach goals and dreams that they never thought they could accomplish.
